This manual covers the Honda Pilot and Acura MDX sport utility vehicles. All Acura MDX models are all-wheel drive. All Honda Pilot models through 2005 are also all-wheel drive, but beginning in 2006, a front wheel drive model was available. The engine in all Acura models through 2006 and Honda models through 2007 is a 3.5L SOHC V6. 2007 Acura MDX models are equppied with a 3.7L SOHC V6 engine. All engines are equipped with Programmed Fuel Injection (PGM-FI), a "sequential multiport" system. The engine is mated to a five-speed automatic transaxle.
